Independent x Vans Pro Skate 2018 limited edition collection

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Independent Truck Company, a leading us manufacturer of skateboard mounts. The partnership between Vans and the california-based brand has been brought together by “skateboarding” and Vans, as evidenced by the anniversary of its launch in August and November. Recently, the two sides will bring a group of limited edition joint venture for Independent 40 years of age to draw a successful conclusion.

In the recent Pop Trading Company x Vans collaboration, the first skateboarder-specific Style 36 Pro was created. This time, Independent also used the popular Style 36 as the basic shoe Style, creating the only pair of shoes in the limited edition series — Style 36 Pro.

Style 36 Pro is equipped with Duracap wear-resistant rubber-reinforced, Pro Skate Pro Skate Pro Skate Pro Skate Pro Skate Pro Skate Pro Skate Pro Skate Pro Skate Pro Pro Skate Pro Skate Pro Pro Skate Pro Pro Skate Pro UltraCush HD Pro cushioned insoles, comfortable insoles covered with Vans classic black and white checker pattern and the iconic Independent cross Logo.

The Style 36 Pro was covered with black suede and embossed with a black cross Logo on both sides. Vans’ iconic Sidestripe Sidestripe used reflective material to present a silver texture, which symbolizes the classic color matching of Independent brackets. Shoelace and shoe body keep consistent color matching. The hole of the first shoelace is reinforced with silver metal, and the Independent Logo is also printed on the heel as details.

This joint sign both sides still brought the exclusive shoe box that restore ancient ways together, go out lens with the rice white that turns yellow and shallow green collocation. THE front side is large “OFF THE WALL”, which is matched with THE skateboard field and cartoon figure sketched by lines in English, while THE side side is printed with logos of both sides.

The limited edition collection also includes a black short-sleeved T-shirt and brooch, both in black. The t-shirts are decorated with Vans’ classic checker pattern and logos of both sides, while pins are modeled with cross logos and logos of both sides.


The Independent x Vans Pro Skate 2018 limited edition collection will be available for sale on December 1 at $80 for the Style 36 Pro and $30 for the T-shirt.
