Mooneyes x Vans “Yokkohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2018” joint collection

In this collaboration, Mooneyes’ brand color — vibrant four-color yellow — is still used to create a pair of Old Skool shoes, and another pair of classic shoes Authentic is paired with black and white for the camera. The two pairs of shoes will display Mooneyes’ iconic “big eyes” Logo on the upper as usual.

Mooneyes has also equipped its own black and white shoe box, and the pictures of shoe styles, logos of both sides and scenes of modified vehicles are skillfully integrated into the six sides of the shoe box.

The design of the Old Skool shoes takes yellow as the main color matching. Mooneyes’ iconic “big eyes” Logo is used on the embroidered badge on the outside of the shoe body and the heel of the left foot, and the pendant of this Logo is also made to adorn the shoelace. The toe, tongue and heel are arranged in a zigzag pattern, while the right heel is embroidered with the capital English word “Hot Rod & Kustom Supply”.

The inside of the shoe is yellow, with no trim except a brown-bordered white leather Sidestripe that connects the front and back. The inside of the shoe was also filled with yellow, and black English was written on the heel. Yellow “jagged” lines also appeared on the side of the outsole edge of the shoe, and the three-dimensional “Moon Racirg Cams” were printed on the heel.

In addition to the elaborate details, Mooneyes also designed a cartoon pattern with the “big eyes” Logo for the pair of Old Skool, which was printed on the middle sole and clearly visible through the translucent crystal sole. At the same time, Old Skool is also equipped with its own shoe box. The box is marked with a yellow oil painting style pen. The large brand Logo is placed on the front and the side is printed with “Go “which was used in Half Cab shoes last year. With MOON” English.

In addition to two pairs of shoes, this year’s collaboration also brought a lot of clothes. On the white shirt, the Vans Logo and the iconic checker pattern were embellished with the ‘big eyes’ Logo on the top of the front pocket, while Dean Moon’s Logo was printed on the lower hem and the Vans skateboard Logo was added on the back hem.

Both black and white short-sleeved shirts have yellow prints on the front and the Vans Logo. The cuffs are decorated with “Hot Rod & Kustom Supply” in English, while on the reverse side, large logos of both sides are arranged up and down.
