Harry Potter x Vans co-branded series

Fans familiar with the timing of Vans’ annual release will have no problem guessing that this year’s best-selling Harry Potter series will be a co-branded series released in early June for children’s day, replacing Disney’s animated franchise.

As the launch day approaches, more and more co-branded collections are appearing before us, and, as ever, this co-branded collection will include numerous items including shoes, clothing, accessories and even children’s shoes and clothes. But it’s Vans shoes that enthusiasts are most concerned about. We’ll get a preview of more details today.

An earlier collaboration has revealed that the four houses of Hogwarts, the famous Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry in the harry potter books, will be featured in the collaboration: gryffindor lion, slytherin snake, ravenclaw eagle and hufflepuff badger will all be featured in four pairs of Vans sk8-hi, Era, Authentic and Slip On shoes.

The preview highlights more joint details: the sk8-hi has a gryffindor insignia on the side, with red and yellow accents, and a lightning scar on harry potter’s forehead. Era, meanwhile, is all snakeskin, dark green and dark magic as if it were WTAPS. The blue and white of ravenclaw make up the Vans Authentic checkerboard pattern; The black slip-on toe was embroidered with hufflepuff’s badger totem.

Also revealed for the first time is a new pair of Vans Era shoes featuring the daily prophet, a wizard newspaper, complete with black-and-white prints of the daily prophet.
