The Air Jordan 6 “Diffused Blue” Is Releasing On December 22nd

The classic look and color scheme make this sneaker look simple.

It’s been an interesting few months for the “Diffused Blue” Air Jordan 6 since it was first brought to light earlier this year. Originally thought to be a Jimmy Butler PE when the star forward was at the height of his disgruntlement with the Minnesota Timberwolves, the clean blue and grey sneaker has been the subject of much speculation.

Now, things are starting to settle down, and the “Diffused Blue” AJ6 even has an official release date this December. The upper is constructed almost entirely of slate grey suede and leather, while accents arrive via bold royal blue hits on the midsole, heel tab, and throat’s neoprene cover. A grey midsole and icy translucent outsole then round off the look.

If you’re a fan of the colorway — or you’re a long-suffering Minnesota Timberwolves lover — you can expect these new 6s to release December 22nd in both men’s and kids sizes.
