Coming Soon: Nike Air Max Uptempo 95 Amarillo

Originally debuted in 1995, the Nike Air Max Uptempo 95 will finally release in the popular Derek Fisher “Lakers” PE colorway that he wore during the 2002 season. It dresses up the Air Max model in a White/Amarillo-Court Purple. The shoe consists of a White leather upper offset by the Yellow overlays. Adding a bit of a Lakers vibe to the shoe is the use of Purple noted on the outline of the Swoosh, midsole Swoosh and Air Uptempo heel logo.
Perfect for frustrated Lakers fans who want to relive the team’s early ’00s glory and Nike Basketball aficionados alike, these re-crafted PEs will release on Nike.com in the coming weeks for $150 USD.

It officially became Nike Inc. in 1971.The Nike swoosh was designed by Portland State University student Carolyn Davidson,The slogan “Just Do It” was inspired by serial killer Gary Gilmore, who said “let’s do it” just before he was executed by a firing squad in 1977.
